Robert Bertens is the CEO at Conexion, he is an experienced recruitment executive, having managed and operated recruitment operations in Europe, North America, and Asia.
A partnership is established between conexion, a recruiting firm that focuses its resources on the top 5% of candidates available in the industry, and Parrolabs as a marketing partner with experience in the Latin American market and IT. Locating the needs of the client, Robert, in finding a marketing partner that understood his vision and that had strategic links in areas of the market such as IT, were key to selecting parrolabs, due to its track record and solid marketing strategies that it already had. established in other projects.
Parrolabs team sat down virtually during the Pandemic in order to establish a Marketing Strategy as well as implement several tactics for the recruitment firm. The Domain name was set at conexion.work.
Parrolabs was presented with a branding guide by a famous Dutch designer who was Robert’s personal contact, we took this design and add it to Webflow, this is a technology that allows designers to build brochure websites without needing a developer. The outcome was a website that worked for Robert as he can post his vacancies on Instagram as well as on the website. In addition, Parrolabs assisted in the start of Social Media for Conexion.
As a result, we were left with a functional website that gives Robert the opportunity to publish vacancies on Instagram and on the website simultaneously, with this it is possible not only to take advantage of time but also to make the online presence and marketing reach more optimal.
The association of both companies was consolidated in a super profitable way, combining the best of both worlds. Robert today leads a company that had an opportunity that envisioned the world of flagship recruitment in Latin America.
