We are looking for a graphic Designer who can design, measure and optimize applications to improve ease of use (usability), A strong understanding of design principles is essential for any Graphic Designer. Throughout their work, they will strategically use different elements to convey intended messages. Graphic Designers need to know how to bring together lines, color, shape, space, texture, typography, scale, dominance and emphasis, and harmony to create visually appealing and well-structured designs.

• Create design concepts and drawings to determine the best product
• Present product ideas to relevant team members for brainstorming
• Suggest improvements to design and performance
• Employ design concepts into functional proposal
• Proactively communicate your design decisions, and provide well-articulated feedback
• Collaborate closely with tech manager, marketing lead, and stakeholders to deliver product experiences

• Be a master of Adobe Creative cloud
• Knowledge of the templates design process end to end
• Knowledge of the design principles as Ideation, branding, typography, orthography, designing for print and basics of UX and UI design
• Be willing to learn new applications that help improve the design process
• Ability to start with a problem and give shape to a solution based on input and interactions with the business, data, and research teams on the client-side.
• Proven expertise with HTML like today
• Ability to craft and run presentations intended to show new ideas or progress and how the team is solving a problem.
• Must feel comfortable producing designs for native apps and responsive web.
• Great communication skills and time management
• Good English skills (B2 or above preferably - you’ll be working with our international clients!)
