Job Description
As a Tech Manager, you will partner closely with our US customers and our development team to oversee all aspects of any project, including managing a team of employees to ensure projects are completed on time and within specified budgets
Responsibilities
- Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals
- Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports
- Managing resources for projects, including computer equipment and employees
- Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities
- Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
- Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
- Conducting risk assessments for projects
- Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress
- Help define and monitor metrics and KPIs for the teams
- Assign tasks, have regular follow-ups, guide, and advise team members using the SCRUM methodology.
- Run client meetings and provide feedback on their processes, functionality, and seek opportunities to improve and provide additional services
- Be the go-to contact for 15+ Engineers
Skills
- Advanced English Level (B2+)
- Advanced Level of Spanish (B2+)
- University Level Educated in Project Management, Technology, etc
- Self-driven, Autonomous, Result-Oriented person
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Experience in Software Development (Backend, Frontend, Devops) is desired although you don’t need to be an expert in a specific technology it will be handy to understand Github, CI CD flows, General Tech Stuff
- Experience in organization strategies, communication, and team management
- Machine Learning, Data Science, and statistical modeling experience are highly valued
- Experience in handling clients from the United States
- Excellent communication skills and consulting skills
